WORLD LARGEST NOBU RESTAURANT DEBUTS IN QATAR
Nobu, the world’s most recognized Japanese restaurant, opens up at Four Seasons Hotel Doha. The award-winning property located on a private beach in the heart of Doha’s cosmopolitan city has teamed up with Chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa to debut the world’s largest Nobu. To celebrate the opening, Four Seasons has also rolled out a special Taste of Nobu experience package.
Located at water’s edge along the Hotel’s private marina, the 26,000 square-foot Nobu Doha open its doors last week. It is not only the largest of its kind in the world but it is also the only Nobu at a Four Seasons in the Middle East.
Spanning over three levels the restaurant captures a distinct look that resembles an ornate coiled shell. The circular restaurant pays tribute to Doha’s rich pearl diving past. Home to seven distinct dining and lounge areas, Nobu Doha boasts of signature design palette influenced by nature, such as warm wood, shimmering glasswork to reflect water elements, and rich layering of textiles.
The menu features a repertoire of signature dishes including the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, lobster with wasabi pepper sauce, and perhaps Chef Matsuhisa’s most notorious recipe – the black cod miso.
To celebrate the debut of Nobu Doha, Four Seasons has announced a special Taste of Nobu experience package. For $1,275, the package offers guests two night stay in a Premier Room overlooking Nobu Doha and the famed Arabian Gulf along with Omakase 10-course Chef’s Tasting Menu for two at Nobu Doha. Apart from this, guests will also receive exclusive amenities and Nobu cookbook too.
