WALDORF ASTORIA LOS CABOS PEDREGAL MAKES ITS DEBUT
The Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal has made its official debut. Formerly The Resort at Pedregal, the property celebrated its transformation into the first Waldorf Astoria property in Mexico with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Set on a 24-acre site at the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, the resort has 119 guestrooms and residential-style suites, including the one-bedroom Dos Mares suites, two-bedroom beachfront suites, and the presidential beachfront suite, all with their own private plunge pools. The property also has a team of Personal Concierges who are available around the clock to assist guests with their requests.
Culinary offerings include El Farallon, an al fresco “ocean to table” restaurant suspended over the sea, as well as the resort’s signature restaurant, Don Manuel’s, serving cuisine made from local, organic ingredients and prepared using modern interpretations of old world techniques.
In the center of the main pool is the Crudo Bar, serving a selection of freshly prepared tiraditos, ceviche and Mexican inspired rolls, and poolside is the Beach Club, a casual venue offering coastal dishes such as hummus, Baja wraps, fresh-grilled seafood, paninis and Caesar salads.
