TOUR TRIANGLE, THE NEW SKYSCRAPER IN PARIS, WILL HOST A LUXURY HOTEL!
Paris is one of the world’s most beautiful cities, mainly because of its dedication to preserving historical architecture and resistance to modernization. But now the City of Lights is set to have its first new skyscraper in over 40 years. After being rejected by the City Council last year, approval has been given to begin construction on “Tour Triangle” in the exhibition site Parc des Expositions de la Porte de Versailles.
Tour Triangle will be Paris’ third tallest building after the 324-metre Eiffel Tower and the 209-metre Montparnasse Tower, and cost around $555 million to build. The project is being financed by Unibail-Rodamco, a French commercial real estate company.
When completed in 2020, this beautiful new building will be home to a cultural area, public offices as well as private office space, a conference center, rooftop bar, restaurant and an 120-room hotel.
