For those who have tasted it all (until now!) a seven-course New Year’s Eve gala dinner with the finest Italian and French wine pairings at Chef Ivan Fargnoli’s Aromi restaurant awaits. Guests will enjoy sumptuous dishes including scallop and calamansi with a beurre blanc and herring caviar, pigeon breast with foie gras and a mandarin sablé and mousse dessert with almond praline, all accompanied by a live harpist.
For a Twixmas treat on December 27th, Chef Ivan Fargnoli will host a ‘Shimmering Fine Dining’ four-course feast at Aromi, just the ticket for making that suspended time between Christmas and New Year even more magical.
