SPA SENSORY JOURNEY UNVEILED AT TALISE OTTOMAN SPA DUBAI

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, the Ottoman inspired luxury resort located on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, has launched a new ‘Spa Sensory Journey’ at the award-winning Talise Ottoman Spa.

Designed to instantly relax, de-stress or uplift both body and mind, the three-stage journey involves a progressive series of aromas and personalised oils. The experience begins on arrival where the Ottoman inspired reception is filled with the uplifting scent of lemon grass, helping guests to feel refreshed and relieved of stress.

Stage two reveals the fragrance of wild frangipani, which is infused into the relaxation areas of the spa, ensuring guests feel calm and relaxed. Before moving to the final stage of their sensory journey, guests can choose from three contrasting essential oils for use during their treatment. Each holds their own powerful effect and can help to de-stress, energize or relax.

To enhance the experience Himalayan salt lamps have been added to treatment rooms. Himalayan salt has long been trusted for its natural healing properties and holds similar advantages to that of an ionizer. The salt lamps emit negative ions purifying the air, increasing wellbeing, strengthen the immune system and soothing the mind, body and soul. 

Since the spa opened in 2011, it has won over 20 international awards, including World Travel Awards Middle East (2014) – UAE’s Leading Spa resort, Spa Traveler Awards (2014) – Best Wellness Spa and the Luxury Spa Awards (2014) – Best Luxury Hotel Spa.
