Internationally renowned truffle expert Benjamin Bruno will host exclusive truffle events at Six Senses Yao Noi from February 3 to 11, 2015.

Six Senses Yao Noi will feature, in February 2015, Benjamin Bruno’s special and unique truffle creations in a series of dinners that will be held at the resort. Guests are provided with the rare opportunity to taste not only one of the most expensive ingredients used in the kitchen, but also prepared by perhaps the world’s truffle foremost expert in the elusive and prized truffle.

Chez Bruno restaurant from France is reputed to be the world’s largest consumer of truffles.

Located in beautiful Lorgues, in the heart of the Provence, his second generation restaurant Chez Bruno is reputed to be the world’s largest consumer of truffles. Chef Benjamin Bruno has been eating truffles since the age of ten, which highlights the fact that the Bruno family is considered to be world experts in the field of truffles.

Six Senses guests will have three choices of dinners by Chef Bruno:

Thursday, February 5, 2015 – The first truffle dinner will be held at the signature restaurant, The Hilltop Reserve, with it’s infinity edge pool highlighting unrivaled views of Phang Nga’s limestone formations. It will be a full moon on this night, making The Hilltop an unforgettable visual experience. Guests will dine poolside at a communal table sharing platters of truffle-based creations. In addition, the unique “Wine Therapy” wine buffet will be offered, where guests will be able to sample a wide selection of wines of their own choosing paired with the food.

THB 4,000 net per person, including unlimited wine. Dinner starts at 7:30 pm.

The Dining Room will host on February 7th a dinner with four-course truffle-based menu.

Saturday, February 7, 2015 – The second dinner to be held takes place in the European organic cuisine restaurant The Dining Room, where a four-course truffle-based menu will be offered. Dinner will be offered the choice of either paired matched wines by the glass or ordering from the wine menu.

THB 3,000 net per person, without wines
THB 4,500 net with paired wines for each course
Pre-dinner cocktail at The Chefs Table starts at 7:00 pm. Dinner is served from 7:30 pm.

The third dinner will be presented aboard the resort’s own fishing boat, Cast Away 52.

Monday, February 9, 2015 – The final dinner will be arranged by Chef Benjamin and his partner, former supermodel Katharina Minwegen, who has her own detox and organic juice business in France. Katharina will present the food and beverages she uses to maintain her health and supermodel complexion. This dinner will be presented aboard the resort’s own fishing boat, Cast Away 52. Diners will cruise through the islands at night in front of the resort – an amazing experience.
