At Felix, meanwhile, Head Chef Juan Gomez and Mixologist Marko Petrovic have dreamed up a wonderfully creative menu full of flavours and flair especially for St Valentine’s Day. The 28th-floor restaurant, famed for its avant-garde décor by maverick French designer Philippe Starck as well as its stunning panoramic views of Victoria Harbour, will host two sittings for dinner on the day, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for a three-course dinner priced at HK$ 2,888 per couple* and from 8:00 pm onwards for a five-course dinner priced at HK$ 3,888 per couple, cocktail and wine-pairing by Marko and sommelier are available upon request.
