RAW FOOD AND DYNAMIC MOVEMENT AT AMANOI, VIETNAM
Embraced by the tranquillity of Nui Chua National Park’s pristine wilderness, and the rejuvenating sun, sea and sand of Vinh Hy Bay, guests retreating to Amanoi from 18 to 28 June 2015 will have the chance to restore from within.
Energetics and bodyworker Patti Brito and functional movement specialist, Andrew Cox, will be in residence at Aman Spa at Amanoi, Vietnam, offering sessions to integrate health changes through tension release and personal training. In addition, visiting raw food chef, Dean Gleeson, will take guests on a nutritious journey designed to invigorate and heal with seasonal menus and raw juices.
During his residency at Amanoi, Dean Gleeson, a classically trained chef with more than 20 years of experience, will offer insights into the holistic benefits of raw food as he presents a delectable and visually appealing menu. Dean received certification in the advanced raw food teacher training program by Karen Knowler, the founder of ‘The Raw Food Coach’, and is currently studying Biological Nutrition. The Raw Food Cuisine Experience will be available for guests between 1 to 30 June.

Patti Brito will be in residence at Amanoi offering treatments from her holistic healing methodology, The Brito Way. This unique body work method combines elements including Hellerwork, Swedish, Deep Tissue, yoga and native healing. Fully versed in a diverse range of physical, spiritual and emotional healing practices, Patti is the founder of The Brito Way and a renowned therapist with 20 years of experience. Her treatments are always individually-tailored as she selects from an extensive repertoire of techniques to restore the body to its physical and mental peak.
