DUSIT DEVARANA RESORT TO OPEN IN HOT SPRINGS ZHUZHOU, CHINA

Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts announced the signing of an agreement with Zhuzhou Nature Real Estate Development Company Limited to manage the first upscale, internationally branded lifestyle resort in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province.

The Dusit Devarana Hot Springs & Spa Resort Zhuzhou, Hunan is located approximately one hour by car from the international airport and the central business district of Changsha, the province’s capital. It is also a convenient 20 minute drive from the city centre and high speed train station. As the second largest city in Hunan Province, Zhuzhou’s railway stations are some of the busiest in China, with a train passing on average every three minutes.

Scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2019, the resort features 150 guest rooms and villas, with each villa boasting a private hot springs pool set against a tranquil, picturesque landscape. Dining outlets at the resort include international all-day dining, a Chinese Restaurant and a Lobby Lounge, whilst a conference centre with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities caters for elegant and luxurious medium-sized events. A vast outdoor space complements the stunning resort’s recreational facilities, including natural hot springs pools, a badminton court, swimming pools, a tennis court and gymnasium, with the award-winning Devarana Spa and its Thai-inspired massage treatments completing the guest experience.
