Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th

Country Music superstar Brad Paisley will headline Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th. The downtown event will have one of the country’s largest July 4th fireworks show, which will be synchronized to the GRAMMY Award-winning Nashville Symphony. The free Amazon Family Fun Zone will also include inflatables and live music starting at 12 p.m.

Tennessee Titans Set for New Stadium 

The Tennessee Titans received final approval for a new, enclosed stadium set on Nashville’s East Bank. Groundbreaking is expected to occur in early-to-mid 2024, with an opening anticipated in 2027.

Summertime in Music City 

Music City is gearing up for a busy spring and summer of concert events and festivals. Beginning with the 50th Anniversary of CMA Fest (June 8-11) and Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival (June 15-18). The Nashville Pride Festival & Parade (June 24-25) is set for two days of celebration at Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Brad Paisley will headline Nashville’s Independence Day celebration Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th.

Race Cars and Guitars 

Racing returns next month with the 2023 NASCAR tripleheader race weekend at Nashville Superspeedway (June 23-25). The weekend culminates with the ALLY 400 NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday, June 25. Later in the summer, the third annual Big Machine Music City Grand Prix (Aug. 4-6) returns with the INDYCARand the NTT INDY CAR SERIES. The streets of downtown Nashville will come alive with the sounds of music, food and racing the first weekend of August.  

Did You Know?  

GRAMMY-Award winning musician Jack White moved to Nashville in 2005. In 2009, White opened the doors to his very own Nashville-based record label, Third Man Records. Third Man Records also houses a record store, novelties lounge, photo studio and the world’s only live venue with direct-to-acetate recording capabilities. The renowned artist is also the winner of the inaugural Music City Ambassador Award and in 2015 White was inducted to the Music City Walk of Fame.
