Millennium Hilton Bangkok introduces the city’s first ever Cheese Room at the FLOW Restaurant, featuring 75 kinds of international cheeses in a buffet style. Accompanying this extensive range of cheeses will be condiments including various exquisite dried fruits, home made jams and a wide selection of freshly baked breads.

Guests entering the Cheese Room at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok will be awed by the unique combination of aromas and flavors that permeate this unique and exclusive dining room, set in contemporary and stunning design. “The Cheese Room offers the largest selection of cheeses in Bangkok,” reveals Executive Chef Lorenzo Rosso. “We take pride in providing not only the best cheese, but the most renowned and unique cheeses available worldwide.”
At the Cheese Room you can also enjoy Brie Royale Aux Truffles, a unique and very high-priced semi-firm cheese with truffles from France.
At the Cheese Room you will find only the world’s top quality cheeses enriched with tantalizing flavors. You can satisfy your palate amongst our assortment of imported cheeses, some of which include: Pecorino di Fossa, a hard cheese from Italy; Reblochon de Savoie, a classic and unique soft cheese from Savoie, France; Colston Basset Stilton, Blue cheese from Nottinghamshire, England; and Brie Royale Aux Truffles, a unique and very high-priced semi-firm cheese with truffles from France.

The Cheese Room is opened everyday for dinner. Positioned in front of the wine showcase. For guests dining at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok’s exquisite dinner buffet at The Flow, the cheese selection from the Cheese Room is inclusive in the buffet prices.
