THE LUXURY COLLECTION ANNOUNCES NEW HOTELS IN EUROPE

Big news for the Luxury Collection. Now part of Marriott International, Inc, the upscale hospitality brand recently announced the addition of five new luxury hotels in Europe: The Wellesley and The Westbury in London, Hôtel de Berri in Paris, Cristallo in Italy, and The Alexander in Yerevan.

Situated in Knightsbridge, The Wellesley—joining the Luxury Collection in 2017– has 36 guest rooms housed in a converted 1920s townhouse. Luxe amenities include the hotel’s Rolls Royce, 24 hour butler service and The Cigar Terrace.

In Mayfair, The Westbury is undergoing a renovation by Alex Kravetz Designs to be completed in spring 2017. Not far from the Champs-Elysées in Paris, Hôtel de Berri is an entirely new project slated to open early in 2018.

The Alexander will be the first Luxury Collection hotel in Armenia when it debuts in autumn 2017, while the Cristallo, in the Dolomites, is a landmark Italian resort dating from 1901.

Europe continues to be an important market for the brand, which aims to add 12 Luxury Collection hotels globally by the end of 2017.
