Dubai is a great destination for families with children also. You have plenty of accommodation options, hotels and resorts with their own playgrounds, affordable prices, access to the private or public beach, but probably the most interesting option is to go to Dubai Parks & Resorts, where you can stay for a few days in a row.
Dubai Parks & Resorts is 48 km from the center of Dubai, which can be reached in 30 minutes by taxi or in two hours by metro. The complex includes four huge theme parks: Legoland, Legoland Water Park, Bollywood Park and Motiongate, a real paradise for the little ones, but also for adults passionate about this type of fun.

It is the only water park of its kind in the region and the fourth in the world. It includes 20 slides and attractions, shops, cottages and restaurants and many more.

Accommodation inside the parks
In Dubai Parks & Resorts you can go with the little ones from morning to evening (a day trip – transport on your own and access based on purchased tickets – with a single ticket or subscription).
The parks are huge, though, and cannot be experienced in a single day. Therefore, it is most effective to book the accommodation righ there. This way, you can go to the parks three days in a row (in the case of two nights accommodation) and enjoy all the attractions without being pressed by time and the fact that you have to return to the hotel in the city and pay taxi again.
Inside the complex there is, for example, Lapita Hotel, part of The Autograph Collection, a Polynesian-style resort with large rooms where you can stay with two children. It has 504 rooms, of which 60 are suites and 3 villas. Accommodation prices are very affordable (depending on the season, a room can cost 80 USD/ night, and includes free access to parks.
The first LEGOLAND HOTEL in the Middle East will soon open. It is a themed hotel that offers the complete LEGO experience. It will include playgrounds, themed rooms (PIRATES, ADVENTURE, FRIENDS, NINJAGO, KINGDOM), restaurants, creative workshops, themed elevators, etc.
Parks + the city: a complete holiday experience
Once you have decided to choose Dubai as a family holiday destination, the best option is to divide the stay into two parts: one dedicated exclusively to Dubai Parks & Resorts (with 2 or 3 nights accommodation within the parks) and, the second, to you stay in Dubai, in the Marina area, Jumeirah or Downtown. This way, you can experience the unparalleled attractions of the metropolis, togethere with your kids. And, why not, just with your partner when you return to Dubai for a romantic vacation.
Dubai is extremely attractive, with more and more attractions open every year, a metropolis where you can enjoy lush experiences, shopping, safari, hot air ballooning, yachting, entertainment that rivals that of Las Vegas, but also a source of authenticity, culture and history.
