Highline Warsaw is perched atop the iconic Varso Tower, the talles building in EU

Highline Warsaw is more than an observatory; it’s a statement of how far the city has come. Perched atop the iconic Varso Tower, the tallest building in the European Union, this breathtaking destination invites visitors to rise above the everyday and see Warsaw from an entirely new perspective — one that merges innovation, design, and emotion in equal measure.

At 310 metres, the observation terrace on the 53rd floor offers sweeping 360-degree views.

Once scarred by history, Warsaw has reemerged as one of Europe’s most forward-looking capitals, and nowhere is that transformation more vividly expressed than from the top of Varso Tower. At 310 metres, the observation terrace on the 53rd floor offers sweeping 360-degree views that stretch far beyond the city’s limits. On clear days, the horizon blurs into the plains of Mazovia, while closer to the centre, the Palace of Culture and Science rises like a monument to the city’s resilience. To the east, the Vistula River glimmers in silver ribbons, winding its way past bridges and green parks, while to the west, the sprawl of modern architecture speaks to Warsaw’s unstoppable energy.

Visitors step out onto the open-air terrace and feel as though they’re walking among clouds — the wind light against their face, the city’s pulse softened into a distant hum. The name “Highline” perfectly encapsulates this dual sensation: part thrill, part tranquillity, suspended between earth and sky.

HighGarden: A Green Refuge in the Sky

Just a few floors below, on the 49th level, lies HighGarden — a rooftop bar and 400-square-metre green terrace that redefines what an urban escape can be. Designed as both a social hub and a sanctuary, it’s a place where guests can sip cocktails crafted from local ingredients, unwind in the shade of native plants, and let their gaze wander across the ever-changing colours of the Warsaw skyline.

HighGarden is as much about atmosphere as it is about aesthetics. The design merges steel and glass with living greenery, creating a dialogue between the natural and the man-made. Whether you’re there for a sunset drink, a live music session, or simply a moment of calm, the space embodies the essence of modern Warsaw — cosmopolitan, creative, and deeply connected to nature.

The terrace is also a showcase of Magnicity’s commitment to sustainability, reflecting the company’s dedication to integrating green design and cultural awareness into every elevated experience. The garden’s careful landscaping reduces heat absorption and promotes biodiversity, while its layout encourages community and conversation.

Immersive Encounters and a Global Vision

Beyond its breathtaking views, Highline Warsaw is designed as a multi-sensory experience. The 1,800-square-metre complex includes interactive exhibits that trace Warsaw’s architectural evolution — from its post-war rebirth to its modern skyline of glass and steel. Through digital reconstructions and immersive installations, visitors can literally see history rise from the ashes.

Highline Warsaw is part of Magnicity’s global network of elevated destinations — the fifth in Europe and sixth worldwide. With over 50 years of expertise in designing observation experiences that blend education, entertainment, and emotion, Magnicity has transformed iconic landmarks into cultural beacons. From the Montparnasse Tower in Paris to Berliner Fernsehturm360 Chicago, and Rotterdam’s Euromast, each site captures the essence of its host city while offering visitors a chance to see it anew.

In Warsaw, that mission continues — with a distinctly Polish spirit of reinvention. As Magnicity CEO Jean-François Martins has noted, “Every Magnicity site is about more than height; it’s about perspective. We want visitors to feel the heartbeat of the city — to be inspired, to reflect, and to dream.”

As the sun sets and the city lights begin to sparkle far below, the terrace transforms into something almost ethereal. The air cools, the chatter softens, and for a few moments, visitors experience Warsaw at its most poetic — a city reborn, forever reaching upward.

From day to night, from history to horizon, Highline Warsaw is where architecture meets atmosphere, and where Warsaw’s story — one of resilience, renewal, and rising ambition — is told from above the clouds.
