Throughout 2025, four esteemed chefs from the most iconic Luxury Collection hotels across the continent will collaborate with the Restaurant OPUS team, crafting exquisite, one-of-a-kind menus that blend tradition with innovation.

An international gourmet event happens in Vienna from April 24 to 28, 2025. Restaurant OPUS of Imperial Hotel Vienna welcomes Chef Tato Zhgenti from Hotel Paragraph Freedom Square, Tbilisi, who will join forces with Executive Chef Andreas Mahl and Executive Sous Chef Nikos Argyriou of Hotel Imperial. Together, they will create an unparalleled seven-course Georgian menu, seamlessly combining the precision of Austrian gastronomy with the bold flavors of Georgian cuisine.
