Hotel Ritz by Belmond in Madrid has launched Spain’s first Krug champagne bar. Located in the Lobby Bar of the luxury hotel, a baroque palace in the heart of Madrid’s ‘Golden Triangle’, it is the first bar in the world to serve the rare Clos du Mesnil by the glass.

The champagne bar’s exclusive menu includes Krug Grande Cuvée, Krug Rose and the vintage Krug Collection 1989. Connoisseurs can also order gourmet pairings such as oysters, acorn-fed Iberian ham and beluga caviar to accompany their chosen champagne.
This is the first bar in the world to serve the rare Clos du Mesnil by the glass.
A lively gathering place for Spanish high society, visitors to Hotel Ritz by Belmond can also enjoy fine dining at acclaimed restaurant Goya and indulge in a decadent afternoon tea.
