On Valentine’s Day, the Three-Michelin-Star La Pergola will serve an eight-course meal by renowned Chef Heinz Beck, consisting of dishes like duck foie gras powder and loin of lamb with wild fennel in cereal crust and goat cheese pearls. The meal will be accompanied by a fine selection of prestigious labels from La Pergola’s award-winning 65,000+ bottle wine cellar. Served from 7:30 – 11:30pm, the Valentine’s Day dinner is priced at €490 (approximately $522) per person. L’Uliveto will present a San Valentino gala evening, serving a symphony of appetizers followed by a four-course meal of Coquille Saint Jacques and other dishes, with a grand dessert finale. Starting at 7:30pm, L’Uliveto’s Valentine’s Day dinner is priced at €145 (approximately $155) per person.
Couples can accompany the above experiences with attractive overnight rates starting from €265 (approximately $282) per night per room and €765 (approximately $815) per night per suite, plus an additional €25 (approximately $27) per person for breakfast. Additionally, guests booking an Imperial Room or suite with a view will be able to name a star in the sky as a gift to their loved one for an additional €199 (approximately $212), when booking at least 10 days in advance. Upon check in, guests will receive a casket containing the star certificate, coordinates to see the star in the sky, information on the constellation it belongs to, and a silver chain with two pendants: a star and a heart.
