The Park Hyatt brand has made its UK debut with the opening of Park Hyatt London River Thames, located in the exclusive riverside area of Nine Elms, South West London. This new luxury property offers stunning views of London’s skyline, seamlessly blending the charm of a residential neighborhood with refined sophistication.
Park Hyatt London River Thames features 203 guest rooms in a prime location that allows visitors to immerse themselves in London’s rich cultural offerings. Just a short walk from the iconic Battersea Power Station—one of London’s top attractions, drawing 11 million visitors last year—the hotel is nestled between the 200-acre Battersea Park and cultural landmarks such as the historic Kia Oval Cricket Ground and Tate Britain. Guests will also be close to some of London’s most famous sights, including the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace.

The neutral color palette is accented with striking artwork, including an immersive “park by water” experience and a stunning installation by Charlie Whinney, titled Ebb and Flow, inspired by the River Thames. Throughout the property, guests can also admire works from celebrated artists like Ian Rayer-Smith, Jo Taylor, and Françoise Delaire.
Guestrooms continue this refined design journey, featuring wallpaper by renowned English textile designer William Morris and a sophisticated palette of white, ebony, leather, and brass accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the rooms in natural light, and many offer sweeping views of the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, and the City of London.

The hotel will also introduce an authentic Cantonese restaurant later this year.
