DUSIT INTERNATIONAL LAUNCHES NEW BRAND- DUSIT HOTELS
In a bold move that further solidifies its position as a global hospitality powerhouse, Dusit International has officially launched Dusit Hotels—its ninth brand—marking a strategic expansion into the refined upper-upscale hotel segment.

Designed to blend signature Thai graciousness with market-specific experiences, Dusit Hotels aims to offer comfort, cultural authenticity, and elegance across key city and resort destinations worldwide.
Already operational in Doha, Hanoi, and Chengdu, and with a flagship property in Manila set to open in 2026, Dusit Hotels is not just another chain—it is a distinctive hospitality statement, shaped by its surroundings and perfected by Thai-inspired service.

A BRAND WITH PURPOSE
In today’s evolving hospitality landscape, travellers crave more than just polished rooms and generic luxury—they want place-sensitive stays that feel both authentic and elevated. Enter Dusit Hotels, which answers that call with properties offering between 120 to 300 keys, designed for either purpose-built developments or thoughtful conversions.
Underpinning the brand’s philosophy is the tagline: “Distinctly Elevated, Perfected by Place”. Each property is crafted to celebrate the spirit of its destination—whether through curated design, immersive dining, or wellness rituals—while ensuring international standards of service and quality.

“We created Dusit Hotels in direct response to strong demand from hotel owners for a brand that balances global consistency with local identity,” said Gilles Cretallaz, Chief Operating Officer of Dusit International. “This is a strategic move that fills a critical niche in the upper-upscale space.”

FROM HANOI TO DOHA: THE DUSIT HOTEL EXPERIENCE
Each Dusit Hotel property tells a story—of culture, of setting, of gracious Thai hospitality layered atop local roots.
Take the Dusit Le Palais Tu Hoa, Hanoi, for instance. Set by the tranquil West Lake, this 207-key hotel pays homage to the legacy of Princess Từ Hoa, who left the royal court to teach silk weaving to the people. The hotel weaves this narrative through its architecture, interior design, and cuisine, creating a rich cultural immersion for guests.

In Chengdu, China, the Dusit Hotel AG Park embraces its lush surroundings near the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park, offering guests guided nature-based experiences, farm-to-table dining, and programs tied to Dusit’s sustainability initiative, Tree of Life. The result? A tranquil yet modern escape grounded in mindfulness and sustainability.
Meanwhile, the Dusit Hotel Doha carves out an urban niche in Qatar’s vibrant West Bay. With 261 guest rooms and 96 serviced apartments, the hotel exudes contemporary elegance and warm service. It’s also a showcase for Dusit’s Devarana Wellness concept, integrating well-being into the guest journey through in-room rituals, full-floor spas, and rejuvenating experiences.

COMING NEXT: DUSIT HOTEL GREENHILLS, MANILA
The next feather in the brand’s cap is Dusit Hotel Greenhills, Manila, set to open in Q4 2026. Occupying the top 10 floors of Primex Tower, a landmark 50-storey mixed-use development in San Juan City, the 200-key hotel will feature premium dining, a rooftop bar and pool, panoramic views, and a Benjarong Thai fine dining restaurant.
This opening is expected to further cement the brand’s appeal in urban Asian markets, offering Filipino travellers and global visitors a slice of Thai-inspired sophistication in the heart of Metro Manila.

A STRATEGIC FIT WITH GLOBAL AMBITIONS
The introduction of Dusit Hotels aligns with Dusit International’s long-term strategy to diversify across the lodging spectrum, while repositioning its flagship Dusit Thani brand into the pure luxury space.
“Dusit Hotels represents a strategic and scalable concept,” explained Siradej Donavanik, Vice President of Global Development. “We’re offering owners flexibility, strong brand support, and a proven operating platform, while delivering a guest experience that’s refined, relatable, and culturally resonant.”
With three properties already operating, one signed, and eight more expected to be announced in the next 24 months, the growth trajectory looks promising. Dusit’s current portfolio already spans 294 properties across 18 countries, including 55 hotels and 239 luxury villas. With brands ranging from affordable lifestyle (ASAI Hotels) to bespoke luxury (Dusit Thani, Dusit Collection), the launch of Dusit Hotels bridges a critical segment—one that modern travellers demand and owners value.

WHY THIS MATTERS
In a saturated market of copy-paste hotels, Dusit Hotels arrives as a refined antidote—bringing warmth, personality, and local relevance to the upper-upscale space. It’s luxury without the pretense, service without the script, and elegance without erasing local soul.

As Dusit International continues to evolve from a Thai brand into a global hospitality force, Dusit Hotels is poised to become a defining pillar of that transformation—one meaningful stay at a time.
