A POP-UP SUMMER FLING AT HOTEL SEZZ, SAINT-TROPEZ
Located on the town’s idyllic Route des Salins, Hôtel Sezz Saint Tropez’s 37-rooms and villas are engulfed by a lush, wooded park. As a self-bestowed fifth birthday gift, the hotel’s restaurant Colette has redrawn the map of the culinary journey that guests are taken on, introducing a new concept centered around wood fire grills and refined simplicity.

GRILL AND CHILL
Chef Patrick Cuissard’s new offerings include French Salers, American Black Angus, Quercy lamb and Chilean Wagyu as part of a menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes prepared with touches of yuzu, saffron or rosemary for exotic intrigue. A marquee dish of grilled parillada (an Argentinian wood-fired specialty from the region of Salta) is served with corn pancakes and chimuchurri sauce, a quintessential accompaniment of South American cuisine.

The summer sees live music shows every night, and the in-house DJ provides the grooves for the rest of the year. Alongside the new restaurant concept, Hôtel Sezz Saint-Tropez will be hosting a pop-up Club Lounge in collaboration with UK party specialists AngeNoir, which will run from July 3rd to August 1st.
AngeNoir’s mixologists will be launching their new cocktail menu, while Marchella De Angelis – artist, and the founder of AngeNoir and Shoreditch club “Lounge Lover” – will DJ on selected days. Guitarist and singer Sango will also be on-hand Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, bringing his signature soulful Motown jams to the seaside town.
